Exceptional Customer Service is our top priority for you and your guests. We will assist you with any additional needs during your event, such as food & beverage requests and layout changes. All special food requirements for Client’s Guests must be received ten (10) days prior to the Event Date. Company will make every effort to accommodate such food requirements but cannot guarantee compliance. Any open buffets or stations will be limited in time to ensure quality and freshness of the food. A Security and Cleaning Deposit may be required for the Event, as described in the COSTS/FEES FOR CHARTER AND EVENT section of this Agreement.
